We have many unique and talented students at Rundle who help create our dynamic learning environment. Our students are confident in small working environments and are highly motivated and engaged learners with a strong desire to participate and contribute to our school community. Volunteerism and humanitarian efforts are important to our culture at Rundle College. Our students are leaders of strong character and are compassionate local and global citizens.
Our most common intake years are kindergarten and grades 4, 6, 7, and 10. As we experience unpredictable enrolment changes throughout the year, we encourage and accept applications to all grades.
Rundle is proud to offer an exceptional educational experience for our students with competitive tuition without the requirement of bonds. At this time, we do not offer multi-child discounts.
Provided all admission requirements are met, priority status is given to applicants who currently have siblings in our program and/or whose parents are Rundle alumni.
We always appreciate families’ continued interest in Rundle; however, finding placements is sometimes challenging. If you receive an offer from another school but remain interested in Rundle, please reach out and we will provide the latest update on your child’s application and our availability. If you accept an offer from another school, please let us know and we will update our records.
Our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is an excellent source of information. These parents would be able to answer any questions you may have about their Rundle College experience. Please contact admissions@rundle.ab.ca to be connected with the PAC.
Rundle College Kindergarten to Grade 12 is conveniently located on one campus close to numerous bus routes and the 69th LRT Station. Rundle College does not offer a private bus service.
Rundle College offers an exemplary program for students from kindergarten to grade 6 with drop-off starting at 7:30 am and pick-up available until 5:30 pm. For more information, please email childcare@rundle.ab.ca.
Yes, at Rundle, we encourage children’s individuality to shine through their actions, behaviours, and thoughts. Fostering a sense of school pride and instilling a sense of responsibility for their attire, wearing a uniform allows students to focus their attention on academics and character building. We offer exceptional complementary courses and co-curricular programs that incur various expenses. Our students are given numerous local and international travel opportunities for athletics, fine arts or humanitarian pursuits, which are not covered by tuition.
Rundle College Society offers numerous merit scholarships each year to current Rundle students who demonstrate excellence in academics, athletics, the arts, and/or citizenship.
Bursaries in the form of tuition assistance are generously supported through donations from Rundle staff, students, alumni, families, and friends.
Families are eligible to apply for the next school year if their child is currently attending a Rundle program. Full details are available on our financial assistance page.
Yes, all of our teaching faculty have university degrees, many hold graduate degrees and all have earned valid teaching certifications. More often than not, our teachers are subject specialists in their area.
Rundle is proud to celebrate a 100% post-secondary acceptance rate for our graduates to a university or college program of their choice. Our graduates enrol in a variety of programs at universities across Canada, in the United States, and abroad. Many of our alumni continue on to graduate school, earning multiple degrees, including their Master’s and Ph.D. designations.
